At Natural State Hat Company, we take pride in crafting quality hats and appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Custom Hat Orders
All custom hat orders are made and processed in the order they are received. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. If your order is expected to take longer than this timeframe, we will contact you with an update.

In-Stock Hats
Orders for in-stock hats typically ship within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.
